About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring an outgoing Retail Sales Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on friendly conversations with shoppers, generating interest in the products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It is not a hard-selling or cold-calling role.

The position offers a guaranteed base pay of $20 per hour plus unlimited weekly bonuses for each qualified appointment. The posting states that compensation is typically $25–$35+ per hour when base pay and performance bonuses are combined, and that top performers may earn more. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a smartphone.
• Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
• Be comfortable starting conversations with strangers and hearing “no” before moving to the next opportunity.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.
