This role involves organizing and stocking products, assisting customers with merchandise and answering questions, and building rapport with regular customers by knowing their names and buying interests. Requirements
- Knowledge of hot trends.
- Prior retail experience is desirable, but this can be a first job.
- Reliable with 25-30 hours/week availability.
- Must be able to work day and evening shifts.
- Must have open availability and be able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Teamwork: Always help achieve team goals with a positive outlook.
- Initiative: Shift gears without having to be told when not with a customer.
Responsibilities
- Organize products to ensure they are easy to find and placed in the correct area.
- Stock fixtures and shelves, keeping them fresh and full.
- Assist customers by helping them find merchandise and answering their questions.
- Build rapport with regular customers by learning their names and buying interests.
