The role involves organizing products to ensure they are easy to find, stocking shelves, assisting customers with merchandise and answering questions, and building rapport with regular customers by learning their names and buying interests.

Requirements

• Detailed and quality-oriented while working at a steady pace
• Reliable with availability for 20-25 hours/week
• Team player with a positive outlook, always helping to achieve team goals
• Initiative to shift gears without being told when not with a customer
• Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekend shifts

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail experience is desirable, but this can be a first job
