As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for organizing clothing to ensure it is easy to find, stocking fixtures and shelves, assisting customers with merchandise and questions, and building rapport with regular customers by knowing their names and buying interests. We are an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed/excess inventory for premier U.S. companies, selling through our retail store, on-site bid sale, and online via eBay. Requirements

• Knowledge of clothing brands and current trends.
• Reliable and able to work 20-25 hours/week, with flexible scheduling.
• Ability to achieve team goals with a positive outlook.
• Ability to shift focus without being told when not with a customer.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

• Prior retail experience is desirable, but this can be a first job.

Responsibilities

• Organize clothing to ensure it is easy-to-find, including recovery and grouping like sizes (75% of your time).
• Stock fixtures and shelves to keep them fresh and full.
• Courteously help customers find merchandise and answer their questions.
• Build rapport with regular customers by knowing their names and buying interests.
