Retail Sales Associates (Clothing)
About The Position

This role involves organizing clothing to ensure it's easy to find, keeping fixtures and shelves stocked, assisting customers with merchandise and questions, and building rapport with regulars by knowing their names and buying interests. While training will be provided, a key aspect of the role involves organizing (75% of the time), stocking, sales assistance, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Knowledge of clothing brands and hot trends.
- Reliable availability of 20-25 hours/week (scheduling flexibility offered).
- Ability to work as part of a team and achieve team goals with a positive outlook.
- Ability to shift gears and take initiative without constant direction when not with a customer.
Nice To Haves
- Prior retail experience is desirable, but this can be a first job.
- We'll work with you on scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Organize clothing to ensure it is easy-to-find, such as recovery and keeping like sizes together (75% of time).
- Keep fixtures and shelves fresh and full.
- Courteously help customers find merchandise and answer questions.
- Build rapport with regular customers by knowing their names and buying interests.
