About The Position

My Wireless, an authorized Liberty Mobile PR retailer, is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to help Liberty wireless customers make purchasing decisions through outstanding customer service and to drive sales. The associate will develop sales skills through training, maintain a clean and engaging store environment, work toward personal and team goals, participate in marketing activities, conduct outbound calls and other outreach to build the customer lead pipeline, and support daily store operations and the leadership team. The role may lead to opportunities on the management team.

Compensation is an hourly base rate of $11.50–$12.00 plus commissions under a draw system; each month, associates earn whichever is higher between base pay and earned commissions. My Wireless describes itself as a growing authorized Liberty dealer with retail locations in Puerto Rico and more than 100 wireless retail locations across the United States and Puerto Rico.

Requirements

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calling.
• Good communication skills.
