About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. You work on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, using product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales goals, and encourage customer loyalty. The role focuses on selling and customer engagement, not just cashiering, and also includes keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and get ready to engage customers. Throughout the day, they welcome customers, build friendly relationships, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another through honesty, care, and collaboration, while continually learning and working toward individual and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with dependable attendance and punctuality.
