About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, you build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage customer loyalty. The role also includes keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues start their day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and preparing the sales floor. During the day, they welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their shopping, and provide a sincere farewell. Colleagues support one another, collaborate, and continually work to improve individual and store results. This is a full-time position. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week; schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
