About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role is suited to people interested in sales or helping others.

The position involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, making recommendations, handling purchases and returns, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and assisting with pickup orders. Applicants need at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
