About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate works in the Florida Panthers IceDen and helps create a strong customer experience while generating sales. The role involves building relationships with repeat customers and informing first-time customers about the store’s offerings. The position is part-time and requires schedule flexibility, including late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The role is based at a professional ice rink, where noise may be high, crowd traffic can be heavy, temperatures are often cold, and lighting may be bright or dark with occasional flashing lights.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience; sports or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Playing experience in hockey or figure skating is preferred.
• Knowledge of hockey and/or figure skating equipment is preferred.
• High school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service.
