About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help associates confidently recommend technology products and services based on each customer’s needs. The role is suited to people interested in sales or helping customers.

Associates welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. They also handle cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges; maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning; help keep the sales floor clean and stocked; and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders. The position requires a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
