About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help associates confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role may suit people with a passion for sales or helping others.

Associates welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations across departments, complete cashier duties, maintain product knowledge, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments to meet customers’ needs.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
