About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Footwear Associate in Mead, Washington. The associate contributes to the customer experience by providing outstanding service, generating sales, recommending products, stocking and merchandising footwear, keeping the department clean and organized, and safeguarding company assets. Candidates with footwear and customer service experience are considered ideal.

The role requires availability for scheduled shifts during store hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Scheduling must be flexible based on business needs. The position includes weekends and certain holidays and involves spending all work time on your feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.

• Ability to work scheduled shifts during store hours, including weekends and certain holidays, with flexibility based on business needs.
