About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Clothing & Footwear Associate in Moses Lake, Washington. The role contributes to the customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, keeping the department clean and organized, and safeguarding company assets. The company seeks authentic, enthusiastic team members who value service and collaboration. Prior merchandising and clothing or footwear experience is helpful.

The associate must be available for scheduled shifts during business hours of Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Scheduling requires flexibility based on business needs and may include weekends and certain holidays.

• Ability to spend 100% of work time on one's feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
• Availability for scheduled shifts during the stated business hours, including weekends and certain holidays, with scheduling flexibility.
