About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate is a part-time member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do the job. The role focuses on providing a great customer experience, handling sales transactions, encouraging customers to participate in company programs, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store. The anticipated rate is $20.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Schedules are described as respectful and fall within store operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Full-time opportunities may be available as a path to promotion. Associates and their families are eligible to participate in limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability coverage. Eligible associates may enroll in the company 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, plus up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year unless otherwise required by law.
