Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate assists customers and helps maintain the store’s appearance. The role is responsible for customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with a primary focus on an assigned store zone. The internal job title is Zone Specialist. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player and interact well with customers and associates.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.

Responsibilities
- Ensure products in the assigned zone are merchandised and recovered according to visual merchandising standards.
- Know current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
- Assist with receiving truck deliveries, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
- Keep the assigned zone neat and organized.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance.
