About The Position

ZWILLING is seeking enthusiastic seasonal Retail Sales Associates to help create exceptional customer experiences during the busy holiday season. The position is at the Westgate at Tanger Outlets Phoenix store in Glendale, Arizona, serving local residents, tourists, and shoppers from the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Candidates should have reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The seasonal assignment is expected to run from November 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027, though it may end earlier or later based on business needs, and continued employment beyond the assignment is not guaranteed.

Associates provide customer service, support sales goals, share product knowledge, maintain store presentation, assist with events and inventory, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
