About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds strong relationships with clients, and works to achieve sales targets. The role requires in-depth knowledge of products, including current trends and styles, to offer personalized recommendations. The associate also helps maintain the store environment and follows brand policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborative, adaptable, supportive, and respectful team player who is open to feedback.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating a POS system.
• Luxury sales or eyewear industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Understand and adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
