About The Position

Sierra at TJX Companies is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately handles customer transactions, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and maintains merchandising standards. The associate will process and prepare merchandise, participate in store recovery, and maintain organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor and the entire store. They will also provide and accept recognition and feedback, adhere to labor laws and policies, and support shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Other duties may be assigned.
