The Retail Sales Associate works in the pro shop at The Golf Club at Fossil Creek in Fort Worth, Texas. The role supports daily retail operations, maintains a clean and organized shop, and provides welcoming, helpful service to guests. Responsibilities include merchandise handling and inventory tasks. Responsibilities
- Perform department opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop.
- Provide excellent guest service by fostering a welcoming environment, answering questions, and offering suggestions based on available merchandise.
- Assist with merchandise management, including shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking, and conducting inventory.
