About The Position

EILEEN FISHER is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Edina. Sales Associates create a welcoming atmosphere and positive customer experience while promoting the company’s philosophy, values, purpose, and strategic objectives. The role involves working on the selling floor in a fast-paced environment, using technology and multiple distribution channels to serve customers, maintaining product presentation and store cleanliness, and carrying out opening and closing procedures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use new technology and all avenues of distribution to serve customers.
• Steam, fold, and display products according to EILEEN FISHER visual standards.
• Perform light cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, and sweeping floors, to maintain a clean and organized space.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
