About The Position

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their musical interests, and recommend appropriate instruments and gear.
- Work toward sales targets and use upselling and cross-selling to identify products that enhance customers’ setups.
- Maintain knowledge of product features and trends to help customers make informed decisions.
- Build customer relationships, follow up to support satisfaction, and develop connections in the local music community.
- Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain the store.
- Learn from feedback, seek solutions, and approach challenges with confidence.
