About The Position

Unisync is a leading provider of award-winning North American Corporate Apparel, and Public Safety, Law Enforcement Uniform, Equipment supplies and protective garments across Canada and the United States. The Retail Sales Associate assists airline employees with their uniform requirements; being fitted into the correct uniform size, ordering, employee order pickups and returns.

Requirements

Verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Active listening and talking to others to convey information effectively
Ability to speak clearly in English and French
Service Orientation – actively looking for ways to help people
Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Telephone and Email Etiquette
Attention to Detail, being careful about detail and through in completing work tasks

Organization

Responsibilities

Measure and fit airline employees into their correct garment and uniform sizes
Work with airline employees to understand their needs and recommend best solutions and professional fitting uniform pieces.
Prepare airline employee fitting schedules and arrange by work groups
Assist employees with order placement by customer website
Assist employees with order pickups including retrieving package from the receiving area, and login on the pickup log for employee to sign for
Assist employees with order returns this includes help customers with process returns through the website, log into the internal return file and prepare for the shipment back to the distribution center
Responding to employee questions or concerns in person, over the phone and by email
Keep apprised and be knowledgeable of products, services and uniform program policies and processes.
Assist with order shipping and receiving, labeling items, sorting and moving boxes and arranging skids
Maintain cleanliness of the boutique and warehouse; assist with cleaning and organization of items when needed
Other duties as assigned
