About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll serve as the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role is suited to someone interested in sales or helping people.

You’ll welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations, and complete cashier duties. You’ll also keep your product knowledge current, help maintain the sales floor, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
