About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you blend results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire customer loyalty. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. They engage customers in friendly, personal conversations; recover the sales floor and fitting rooms; update signs and pricing; support merchandise moves; and share loyalty program benefits. They collaborate with colleagues, work toward individual and store results, and continually learn and improve. This is a part-time position. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, with schedules dependent on business needs and colleague availability. All schedules include weekend shifts.
