About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. The Retail Sales Associate will help provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services offered by My Wireless. The role involves engaging with customers, educating them on available AT&T products and services, and guiding them through the buying process. The position offers opportunities for new opportunities and financial rewards as the employee learns and succeeds. The work environment is energetic, with customers and colleagues who appreciate dedication and commitment. My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with over 240 locations throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Their mission is to inspire team members through journeys that instill knowledge, habits, and skills to connect with customers to realize goals and aspirations. They maintain a fun and rewarding training program to develop each team member for promotion readiness to support their company growth.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
