About The Position

A part-time Retail Sales Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do their job. The role focuses on providing customers with a great experience, handling sales transactions, encouraging participation in company programs, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store. The anticipated rate is $17.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Schedules are described as respectful and fall within operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Full-time opportunities and a clear path to promotion are available.

Responsibilities
