About The Position
Cuyana is now hiring a part-time retail Sales Associate for our Fillmore store location. Are you a self-motivated team player? Do you go above and beyond for the customer? Then you may have the ideal skills to be part of our team!
Requirements
- 6+ months customer facing sales driven experience; Apparel / accessories contemporary brand and clienteling experience a plus
- Connection to Cuyana's Fewer Better philosophy

- Professional attitude and customer service focused
- Dependable with all store responsibilities
- Adaptable, and willing to jump in and help
- Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling customer conversations and interactions

- Flexible work schedule - Must be available to work weekends, evenings, events, holidays
- Able to bend, reach, lift, climb ladders, and move product; Able to carry 25 - 30 lbs
- Able to stand for extended periods at a time

Responsibilities
- Greeting guests, checking Customers into appointments, requesting client information for further outreach
- Provide excellent personalized customer service and engagement through building relationships with clients
- Act as a Cuyana ambassador, demonstrating expert product and brand knowledge
- Assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges
- Pull sizes and product from stock, assist with monogramming, bagging, and gift wrapping product
- Contribute to the daily personal and store sales targets
- Receive and process stock transfers
- Work with management on how to organize, prioritize based on sales, and maximize stock room space
- Maintain, clean, and organize stockroom and store, merchandise with direction from manager and product team
- Assist with showroom inventory organization and restocking, uphold all visual standards on the floor: tags, stuffing, steaming
- Process phone orders and coordinate in-store pick up, and courier same day deliveries (if available)
- Help teammates during peak season, support retail events, or community events
