About The Position

As a part-time/seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. Through authentic customer engagement, strong product knowledge, and a passion for the New Balance brand, you will help customers find the right products while contributing to a welcoming and organized retail environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong customer-service mindset; ability to greet customers, communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift between 4-8 lbs; ability to move or assist with moving product up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods; kneel, squat, and climb ladders or stairs as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging customers, asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs, and recommending products.
Measure and fit customers, answering their questions and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Process sales transactions accurately.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked floor; ensure merchandise is properly labeled, priced, and displayed.
Support loss-prevention efforts.
