About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori connects with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, customer-focused approach. The position supports an energetic retail environment and aims to create memorable shopping experiences while contributing to store sales and operations. Associates build customer relationships, provide attentive service and knowledgeable guidance on merchandise style and fit, and work with the sales team to meet customer needs. They also support sales goals, product knowledge, inventory communication, merchandising, cash-control procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized store.

Responsibilities
- Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
- Work with the sales team to provide each customer with the best possible service.
- Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
- Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable, honest feedback about merchandise style and fit.
- Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
- Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve customers as an expert.
- Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience the focus.
- Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
- Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
- Collaborate with management on inventory management.
- Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
- Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
- Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
- Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
