About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. You build customer trust and loyalty through product knowledge, customer engagement, and smart selling behaviors while working toward sales goals. You also help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new products, top sellers, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they welcome customers, build friendly relationships, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere farewell. Colleagues support one another through honesty, care, and collaboration, and work to improve individual and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
