About The Position

A Retail Sales Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do their job. The role focuses on providing customers with a great experience, handling sales transactions, encouraging participation in company programs, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store. The anticipated rate is $16.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This is a part-time position with schedules during operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
