About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role involves providing the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position offers a strong base pay, commission, and bonus schedule, ongoing paid training, exciting career paths, and growth potential. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, educating them on AT&T products and services, and guiding them through the buying process. The work environment is energetic, and team members are expected to meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards, maintain a fun and clean work environment, and participate in marketing activities. My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with over 240 locations across the US and Puerto Rico, focused on inspiring team members through knowledge, habits, and skills to achieve goals.

Requirements

Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally able to be employed in the US.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Standing and walking around for prolonged periods of time.
Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
Reaching with hands and arms.
Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
Fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
Dexterity is required.
Specific vision abilities required include working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time (can be met with eyeglasses or contacts).

Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
