Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Great communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A can-do attitude that is positive, supportive, and cooperative.
- Ability to work as a team player, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
- At least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be able to receive identity verification with CLEAR before being hired.

Responsibilities
- Complete New Hire training and meet program requirements to become eligible for the bonus.
- Build proficiencies related to selling T-Mobile wireless products and services.
- Provide a best-in-class customer experience by exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and expertise.
- Approach service and sales needs with care, patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Balance the customer experience while attaining performance targets.
- Be knowledgeable of the latest T-Mobile wireless plans, services, and products.
- Be knowledgeable of the store's operational requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
