About The Position

Verge Mobile, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Preferred Retail Sales Associate to join their energetic team. This role involves bringing the T-Mobile experience to life by working hands-on with customers, understanding their needs, showcasing the latest devices and services, and helping them stay connected. It's more than just a sales job; it's about creating connections, building trust, and making every interaction count. The position offers daily learning, full support, and training to sharpen skills and prepare for future growth. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A can-do attitude that is positive, supportive, and cooperative.
  • Ability to work as a team player, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to receive identity verification with CLEAR before being hired.

Responsibilities

  • Complete New Hire training and meet program requirements to become eligible for the bonus.
  • Build proficiencies related to selling T-Mobile wireless products and services to customers.
  • Provide a best-in-class customer experience by exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and expertise.
  • Approach service and sales needs with care, patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Balance the customer experience while attaining performance targets.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest T-Mobile wireless plans, services, and products.
  • Maintain knowledge of store operational requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
