About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate works in Double JJ Resort’s retail department, which operates across multiple locations on the resort’s 2,400 acres. The role supports guests with purchasing decisions and provides customer service throughout their visits. Associates help with merchandising, point-of-sale transactions, cash and card handling, and daily reporting, while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of retail locations and following operating procedures. Associates may be asked to work at any retail location as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on business demands.
• Have basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
• Be able to stand for up to 100% of a scheduled shift.
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Be able to bend, lift, and twist.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests to assist with purchasing decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Assist with merchandising functions, including accurate point-of-sale system use, cash and card transactions, and daily reporting.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and service standards of the retail location.
• Ensure daily retail operations follow operating guidelines and procedures.
• Assist at any retail location as needed.
