About The Position
Household Furniture is El Paso’s largest and oldest family-owned furniture store, proudly serving families for nearly 80 years. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for energetic, friendly, and motivated professionals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. No sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training to set you up for success!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience a plus — but not required
- Bilingual a plus! ¡Se busca personal bilingüe!
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help them find the perfect furniture, mattresses, and accessories
- Share product features, benefits, and financing options
- Guide customers through purchases and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Keep the showroom neat, organized, and inviting
- Work as part of a supportive, high-energy team
