About The Position

88 Tactical is seeking a customer-focused, energetic Retail Associate to work at its Omaha, Nebraska location. The role involves assisting customers with purchases, maintaining a clean and organized retail space, and supporting sales goals. The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, eager to provide exceptional customer service, and willing to learn about the company’s products and services. 88 Tactical offers firearms and self-defense training, an indoor shooting range, a Pro Shop with firearms, ammunition, accessories, and tactical gear, a restaurant, and training programs for various skill levels.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about products and services.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail experience preferred.
Firearm knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
Process transactions accurately using a computerized point-of-sale system.
Maintain and restock merchandise displays, ensuring inventory accuracy.
Answer customer questions and recommend products and services.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Keep the store clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking inventory.
Support additional store tasks as assigned by management.
