About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. This role is suited to people with a passion for sales or helping others.

You’ll welcome and assist customers, demonstrate products, make recommendations, handle purchases and returns, maintain product knowledge, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and help fulfill in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product and service knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
