About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to build the skills and knowledge needed to recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role is suited to people passionate about sales or helping others.

The position involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, making recommendations, handling transactions, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and supporting pickup orders. The schedule must be flexible and include holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
