About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role is suited to people who enjoy sales or helping others.

You’ll welcome and assist customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. You’ll also handle purchases, returns, and exchanges; maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning; keep the sales floor clean and stocked; and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities
