About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate assists customers and helps maintain the store’s appearance. The role covers customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with a primary focus on an assigned store zone. The associate ensures products in the zone meet visual merchandising standards, stays informed about promotions and advertisements, and assists with truck receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery.
Requirements
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player and interact well with customers and associates.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure products within the assigned zone are merchandised and recovered according to visual merchandise standards.
- Know current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
- Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
- Keep the assigned zone neat and organized.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance.
