About The Position

We are looking for Team Members who are genuine, have a positive attitude, are helpful, love to learn, are team players, can thrive in a retail environment, can connect with and engage guests in thoughtful conversations, and make recommendations that meet their needs and the needs of their pet. Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, learning and maintaining inventory (receiving, stocking, rotating, facing product, cycle counts), participating in merchandising and creative product displays, attending store and company meetings, and performing transactions accurately and completely at the point of sale. Team members must be comfortable with computers and learning new systems, have accurate cash handling skills, and be competent with basic math.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Highly accountable and has integrity
- Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including weekends

Responsibilities
- Maintain store cleanliness
