About The Position
SMCP is aiming to be the global leader in accessible luxury, with four brands (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot) present in 43 countries. The company has a business model blending luxury and fast fashion, with ambitious sustainability objectives for 2030. Sandro and Maje offer complementary collections for men and women, embodying French effortless elegance and Parisian femininity respectively. The role is within Sandro + Maje Shop-in-Shops inside Bloomingdale's or Saks, characterized by a fast-paced, upbeat, and Parisian ambiance. Team members are expected to wear the brand's fashions. As a leased concession partner, collaboration with department store hosts on store-wide events and promotions is key.
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior service experience.
- Love for Customer Service
- Friendly and outgoing communication skills
- Passion for Fashion
- Social Media Savvy
- Flexibility (as it relates to scheduling).
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and create customer loyalty.
- Create fitting room experiences.
- Provide wardrobing and styling for clients.
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive culture.
- Maintain floor appearance.
- Demonstrate brand knowledge for cross-selling between Sandro and Maje.
- Educate clients on exclusive collections.
- Contribute to a positive work environment.
