About The Position
SMCP is aiming to be the global leader in accessible luxury, with four brands spreading Parisian chic across 43 countries. Sandro and Maje offer complementary collections for men and women, embodying effortless French elegance and feminine grace, respectively. Both brands inspire Parisian ambitions and goals. As a leased concession partner within Bloomingdale's or Saks, the environment is fast-paced and upbeat, offering a sensory experience of Parisian ambiance. Team members are encouraged to wear the brand's fashions. The role involves partnering with department store hosts on store-wide events and promotions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior service experience.
- Love for Customer Service.
- Friendly and outgoing communication skills.
- Passion for Fashion.
- Social Media Savvy.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and create customer loyalty.
- Create fitting room experiences.
