Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role is suitable for people who are passionate about sales or helping others. The position involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations across departments, handling purchases and returns, maintaining product and service knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and supporting in-store and curbside pickup orders. Candidates must have at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
- Demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
- Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain appropriate product and service knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
- Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
- Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
