About The Position
Sunglass Hut is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to provide customers with an authentic, engaging experience and help them find premium-quality eyewear. The associate connects with new and returning customers, understands their needs, and offers tailored eyewear recommendations suited to their lifestyles and preferences. The role involves meeting sales targets, using technology accurately during transactions, and working collaboratively with store colleagues and leadership to deliver strong customer service. Associates also help keep the store clean, organized, visually appealing, and welcoming while contributing to an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and coworkers. Hands-on training and opportunities to develop skills are available.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.

- Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find a suitable look.
