Retail Sales Associate – Part Time
About The Position
AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role involves offering trustworthy product advice, contributing to sales and store performance, maintaining inventory and store operations, and supporting a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Associates use AutoZone systems to stay current on products and promotions, and diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. The position requires availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, and the ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with managers and teammates to foster a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
- Recommend products, services, and promotions to improve customer experience and contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics.
- Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management and smooth store operations.
- Use structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
- Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
- Lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
