About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll represent Best Buy to customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role is suited to people interested in sales or helping others.

You’ll welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations across departments, handle cashier duties for purchases and returns, maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities
