About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, making recommendations, completing transactions, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and helping with pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.

• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
